Lace or 4 ply Chambaran hand dyed yarn made to order

Evergreen Chambaran is an emerald gradient colourway offered on 2 bases: baby alpaca lace or 4 ply fingering merino nylon sock yarn. This wool is soft, strong and lustrous. The colours are vibrant and shining. It would make a perfect shawl! It can also be used for socks, jumpers or items requiring some strength. This yarn has sheen and is springy and sleek.

Baby Alpaca Lace 100g skein. 100% supersoft baby alpaca. 800m (approximately 874 yards). Recommended needles: 3-4mm (US 2-6). Gauge in stockinette stitch: 32 stitches x 40 rows = 10x10cm (4x4 inches) with 3.5mm needles (US 3).

4 ply merino nylon 400m, 100g skein. Merino (75%), Nylon (25%). Recommended needle size: 2.5 - 4 mm (1-6 US) Gauge (in stockinette stitch): 28 stitches and 36 rows for a 10 x 10 cm square (4 inches) with 3.25 mm (US 1) needles.

Care instructions: wash at 30C. Dry flat. Reshape while wet.

Hand dyed with professional non toxic acid dyes. Washed after dyeing process. Be aware that the colour can bleed slightly during the first wash. Although we are taking great care with our photography process to be true to the real colours, your perception of them can vary from one monitor to another.
