Hand dyed DK Gran Paradiso merino double knitting yarn
Hand dyed with a natural process in vibrant blue and green colours, with speckles of yellows, this knitting yarn reminisces of summer in the Alps, on the slopes of the glacier on Gran Paradiso in Italy. This is a One Of A Kind Superwash Merino wool with 25% nylon. It makes for a durable, springy and soft sock yarn. This yarn is perfect to knit socks, shawls,hats, gloves and jumpers.
Each skein is 225 meters, 100 grams. Recommended needle Size: 3.5 - 4.5mm (US 4 - 7) needles. Gauge (stocking stitch): 22sts x 30 rows for 10cm/4 inches on 4mm (US 6) needles.
Wash by hand at 30C.Dry flat.
Hand dyed with professional non toxic acid dyes. Washed after dyeing process. Be aware that the colour can bleed slightly during the first wash. Although we are taking great care with our photography process to be true to the real colours, your perception of them can vary from one monitor to another.
