4ply sock hand dyed yarn merino lurex "Mont Cenis"
Mont Cenis merino lurex sock (4 ply) yarn is hand dyed in vibrant hues of blue and black. This wool is soft, strong and lustrous. The indie dyed colours are vibrant and the yarn is soft and durable with sparkle. It is the perfect yarn to make sparkly socks, shawl, cowl, hat or gloves, and even jumpers to shine. This yarn has sheen and is springy and sleek.
400m, 100g skein.
Merino 75%, nylonn 20%, lurex 5%.
Recommended needle size: 2.5 - 4 mm (1-6 US) Gauge (in stockinette stitch): 28 stitches and 36 rows for a 10 x 10 cm square (4 inches) with 3.25 mm (US 1) needles.
Wash by hand at 30C max. Dry flat.
Hand dyed with professional non toxic acid dyes. Washed after dyeing process. Be aware that the colours can bleed slightly during the first wash. Although we are taking great care with our photography process to be true to the real colours, your perception of them can vary from one monitor to another.
